[스크랩] Doc Watson / Rising Sun Blues
There is a house down in New Orleans
They call the Rising Sun
And it's been the ruin of a many poor boy
And me, oh God , for one
My mother was a tailor
She sewed my new bluejeans
My father was a gamblin man
Down in New Orleans
The only thing that a rounder needs
Is a suitcase and a trunk
And the only time he's satisfied
Is when he's on a drunk
He fills his glasses up to the brim
And hell pass the cards around
And the only pleasure he gets out of life
Is ramblin from town to town
Now boys don't believe what a girl tells you
Though her eyes be blue or brown
Onless she's on some scaffold high
Saying "Boys, I can't come down."
Go tell my youngest brother
Not to do the things I've done
But to shun that house down in New Orleans
They call the Rising Sun
Soon day'll take me back down to new orleans
To face all the cry that i've done
Then they'll tommy to and all ball and chain
Until my earthly races run
