이 노래를 세상에 널리 알린  인물 페디 레일리 의  영상과 노래.. 그룹 더블리너 에서 활동 할때 이 노래를 발표함...       이 노래가 담고 있는 의미를 한번 되새겨 본다~   아일랜드 folk 음악을 좋아 하시는 분들은 다아시겠지만 영국 아일랜드 스코틀랜드 등의  축구 경기장에서 승리의 곡으로 또는 경기 시작전 시작곡으로 불러지는 국민적인 노래이다  우리의 오 ! 필승 코리아 처럼...   감자 대 기근으로 식량이 없어  배가 고파 식량을 도둑질한 한 남자의 사연을 노래한것으로 요즘 우리나라에 쇠고기 파동으로  촛불 집회가 연일 전국 각지에서  열리고 있는데~ 청소년들이 왜 !  촛불을 들고  광장에 나가야 하는지 ~ 이런 단순한 애기를 나도 해본다   일명  먹는 것  가지고  장난을 했기 때문 일것이다 ~   청소년들의 인터뷰 내용 그리고 미니 홈피등에 실린 글을 보니  고등학생 중학생들도 말 바꾸기에 대한 정보를  확실히 알고 있다  미국과 한국의 FTA 에 대한 전체적인 내용은 모르더라도 ~ 적어도 쇠고기 문제 만큼은  전문가 못지 않게 잘 알고 있는 우리의 청소년 들이다....여기에 쇠고기 괴담등을 내포 선동하는 불순분자들도 있고.    분명한 것은  국회의원 들의 언동이나  신문들의 사설이  확실하게 바꾸기 한것은 맞는것 같다...이걸 자꾸 미화 하지 말고  나라 경제나 기타 한미 FTA 문제  들의 이해를 국민에게 알려 홍보하고 정부를 믿고 따를수 있게  행동을 해야 하는데  그런 모습들은 보이지 않고 자꾸  나타나는 단어들  좌파 좌익 불순분자  우익  매국노 ~ 이게 도대체 뭔지.   이제 우리 청소년 들은 이러한 일을 기성 세대 들에게 맡기고 학업에 더욱 충실하여 힘이센  거대國 미국에 당당하게 싸울려면  학업에 정진 할때일 것이다..... 현재는 글로벌 시대라고 하지만  미국의 미국식의 미국에 의한 글로버 시대인것 같지 않은가 ! 우리의 자존심은 찾고  우리것을 더욱 사랑하는 청소년들이 되길 기원 하며....   아래 지난 4월28일자 미국 로이터 통신 의 내용    FDA bans certain cattle parts from all animal feed -Reuters Apr. 28 '2008- WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. makers of pet food and all other animal feed will be prevented from using certain materials from cattle at the greatest risk for spreading mad cow disease under a rule that regulators finalized on Wednesday. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration, which oversees animal feed, said excluding high-risk materials from cattle 30 months of age or older from all animal feed will prevent any accidental cross-contamination between ruminant feed (intended for animals such as cattle) and non-ruminant feed or feed ingredients. The new rule takes effect in April, 2009. Contamination could occur during manufacture, transport or through the accidental misfeeding of non-ruminant feed to ruminant animals. Canada and the United States banned the inclusion of protein from cows and other ruminant animals such as goats and sheep in cattle feed in 1997, following a mad cow outbreak in Britain. The measure issued today finalizes a proposed rule opened for public comment in October 2005. It goes into effect on April 23, 2009. The major U.S. safeguards against mad cow disease are the feed ban, a prohibition against slaughtering most "downer" cattle -- animals too sick to walk on their own -- for human food, and a requirement for meatpackers to remove from carcasses the brains, spinal cords and other parts most likely to contain the malformed proteins blamed for the disease. Mad cow disease is a fatal, brain-wasting disease believed to be spread by contaminated feed. People can contract a human version of the disease, know as Variant Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease, or vCJD, which scientists believe can be spread by eating contaminated parts from an infected animal. The United States has found three cases of mad cow disease, including the first one detected in December of 2003. Soon after, U.S. beef exports were virtually halted. U.S. official have been slowly working to resume beef shipments. Last week, South Korea officially announced it would gradually open its market to U.S. beef imports as Washington intensifies safety standards. Eventually, if all goes well, a full range of U.S. beef boneless and bone-in, from animals of any age, would be shipped to a market estimated to be worth up to $1 billion a year. (Reporting by Christopher Doering; Editing by David Gregorio)   요점만 해석된 글 미국 FDA(식약청)는 모든 동물사료(애완동물과 일반 가축에게 먹이는)에 30개월령 이상인 소의 광우병 고위험 부위 (말하자면 뼈, 척수, 골, 내장 일부 등)를 혼입하는 것을 금지했습니다. 이는 (소와 같은)반추동물과 기타 동물 사이의 교차오염이 일어날 가능성을 배제하려는 것입니다.
